Peach & Blueberry Cobbler
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and this luscious peach & blueberry cobbler is pure heaven on a plate! It’s great as dessert too but I warn you – you’ve had it once, you might want to eat it every single day!
You will need (serves 5-6):
4 peaches
125g blueberries
225g self rising flour
125g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
200ml milk
8 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C. Melt butter in the microwave. Pour into a rectangular baking dish (I used 20x30cm dish). In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk. Pour the batter over the butter. Slice the peaches and push them into the dish. Sprinkle with blueberries. Put it in the oven for 30min. Serve with a spoonful of mascarpone. And love!

Hello Marta! I found you through Basilmomma’s Blog Hop!
Your cobbler recipe looks delish! The blueberries have just ripened here(Oklahoma). I should go to the blueberry farm and pick a bucket full!
Have a great day! Sherri
