Blueberry Nutella Tiramisu

It’s Nutella challenge time!!! This month I came up with Blueberry Nutella Tiramisu recipe! It’s heaven in mouth but I gotta warn you: once you try it, you will want to eat it all the time!!!tiramisu6small

Recipe for 2 big tiramisu goblets

Ingredients

1 pack lady fingers
2 egg yolks
250gr mascarpone
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup blueberries
1/3 cup water
1/2 small Nutella jar
Cocoa powder

Method

Beat eggs with sugar in a pan ‘au bain marie’ (on a pan of hot water) until sugar is dissolved. Add mascarpone and beat until the mixture is smooth.  Mix blueberries with water and 2 tablespoons of sugar with a mixer until you get a ‘blueberry juice’.  Line the goblets with a layer of lady fingers and pour enough blueberry juice over them until covered. Make a layer of the mascarpone mixture followed by another layer of blueberry lady fingers. In a microwave, melt Nutella and make a thick layer of nutella in each goblet. Make another layer of mascarpone and dust with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for several hours (I usually made tiramisu one day before I actually serve it but it’s good after a few hours too).
