This week I took part in the Nutella challenge, a brilliant idea of one of my favourite foodies Bell’alimento. I had millions of ideas but finally decided to make these Nutella cupcakes! They came out amazing! Take a look!
200g all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
125g caster sugar (or 100g tagatose)
125g soft margarine
2 tsp baking powder
Heat the oven to 180C. Mix together flour, vanilla essence, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl beat the eggs with the margarine. Add to the dry ingredients and beat them together until the mixture is smooth.
Line a muffin tin with paper cake cases and fill each case with the cake mixture. Add one heap spoon of Nutella in the middle of each cupcake. Push inside with one raspberry. They are done when they have risen up a little and are golden in colour. EAT EAT EAT!
