I have no name for this one yet … but it’s super yummy! I promise! It’s my fiance’s and mine new favourite breakfast! I’m going to make it tomorrow again
1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
4tbsp fresh cream
5tbsp sugar (or 4tbsp tagatose sweetener that I always use)
1,5 cup all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
3tbsp sugar (or 2tbsp tagatose)
1 cup milk
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel and slice the apples and put them in a bowl. Add raspberries (defrost if necessary), cream and sugar. Mix but be carefull not to break raspberries too much.
Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk and add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
Arrange the apples in a baking dish. Pour the batter on the apples and bake for 25min in 180 degrees until golden brown!
*For the halogen oven users put the dish for 10min at 180 degrees!
