ice cream time!

Ingredients
6 kiwi fruit
1 tablespoons tagatose (or 2 tablespoons of sugar)
2 large eggs
1/3  cup tagatose (or 1/2 cup sugar)
2 cups cream (can be heavy cream, light craem or soy cream)

Method
Peel the kiwifruit and mash them in a mixer. Stir 1 tablespoon of tagatose into the fruit. Put in the fridge for one hour. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy and adding the rest of the tagatose (or sugar) continue whisking until completely blended. Pur in the cream and whisk to blend. Stir in the kiwifruit. Pour the mixture to an ice cream maker and wait till the ice cream is ready.

Eat as much as you can and freeze the rest!

    hello princess.. long time huh?? hehe.. this kiwi ice cream is mind blowing.. never tried ice cream with kiwi be4.. perfect for the hot summer.. kiwi is one of my favorite fruit. thanx for sharing the round up of yummies..
