To end the year, I thought I’d share my last minute NYE crowd pleaser – chocolate covered physalis. Try them if you’re still looking for something simple but original for tonight!

150g dark chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate ‘au bain-marie‘. Dip each physalis in the chocolate and put on a baking sheet. Wait about 60-90 minutes till the chocolate hardens and serve!
