A special one for those of you, who asked for a vegetable juice. This juice is full of vitamins and minerals and it’s great as afternoon or evening snack. For those of you who are not a fan, no worries, next week we’re going fruit again!
Ingredients
4 carrots
2 celery sticks
1 cucumber
½ zucchini
½ red pepper
4 tomatoes
4 broccoli florets
Handful of spinach
Handful of parsley
Maggi seasoning
Salt
Cayenne pepper
Method
Juice the veggies including the parsley. Season with maggi, salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

I’m not TOO TOO sure about this one, because for me vegetables are to be eaten and not drunk! I might make a salad with all these though
yummy! my royal juice for a princess: mango with a little bit of chilli, red onion, cilantro (koriander) and a dash of white balsamic vinegar for a sweet hint… top off with some wild red berrys and some sour cream… can your juicer handle those flavours
