Here it is – the second recipe in the Juicy July series! This pineapple, strawberry and mint juice tastes like summer in a bottle! And with the grey and rainy weather we are having here recently, I know you need summer in any form! I do!
Ingredients (makes about 1l)
1 pineapple
250g strawberries
Handful of mint leaves

Just bought a load of fruit as that seems to be the only reminder of something called summer here at the moment. While I am writing this the rain is pouring down… again! Good thing I don’t need to be outdoors today but still. A little sunshine would be nice. In the meantime this delicious juice would be a great substitute for the actual summer!

Hi Samira, I’m afraid you’re gonna need a juicer to make a juice. But you can always make it into more of a smoothie and just put all the ingredients in a blender with some water! And no extra sugar needed, strawberries and pineapple are sweet enough on its own
