I will be honest with you. I was never much of a gin drinker. And I didn’t think that would ever change. That, until I pulled the cork stopper from the Hendrick’s Gin bottle. The lovely, summery floral scent had me at hello.
When I received Hendrick’s Gin for tasting, I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve tried it ‘on the rocks’, I’ve tried it with tonic, and let me tell you, with the infusion of cucumber and rose petals, Hendricks gin is the most unusual drink I’ve ever tasted. In a good way.

Ingredients:
2 oz (60ml) Hendrick’s Gin
Tonic water
3 cucumber slices
Method:
Pour Hendrick’s Gin into a long glass over ice cubes and fill with tonic water. Stir. Garnish with 3 slices of cucumber.
Cheers!
