Goat Cheese Toasts

Looking for an easy but fancy lunch idea? These toasts with oven-baked goat cheese served on a bed of rocket salad not only taste amazing but they also look very beautiful..

Ingredients
4 slices of brown bread
1 roll of goat cheese
Rocket salad
Honey
12 halves of walnuts

Method
Preheat the oven to 200C degrees. Cut the goat cheese into 12 disks of about 2cm. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put the goat cheese disks on there. Bake for about 10 min. Toast the slices of bread. Divide rocket salad in between 4 toasts. Put 3 disks of goat cheese on top. Pour honey over each toast and add 3 halves of walnuts on top.
