First star…

First of all, Merry Christmas everyone!

In Poland, the Christmas Eve feast begins only when the first star appears! To celebrate that I decided to make sth special, a first star sugar cubes to serve the guests with their coffee or tea. I have been making sugar cubes with my granddad when I was a little girl so I thought I would go back to that tradition and make sth special.

Ingredients

200g white sugar
1 tablespoon water
Few drops of blue coloring (powder or liquid)
Silicon star shaped moulds

Preparation
In a bowl, mix the sugar with water and a few drops of blue coloring until evenly colored. Push a small amount of sugar firmly into the moulds and level the top with a knife. Leave overnight then take out carefully. Repeat until all the sugar is used up! Serve with Christmas coffee or tea!
