hihi thankee!
I made this soup for dinner tonight, with the addition of some cauliflower I needed to use up and some cayenne pepper. Delicious, and such a beautiful orange color! Thanks for the inspiration!
My pleasure! And what a great idea to add cayenne pepper, I’ll try it myself next time! Thanks for the tip
Yet another creamy soup with no cream. Nice and healthy!
Thank you Jeanette! I try to cook as healthy as possible and making a creamy soup is so easy without cream, you just need to put some more veggies in it
I made this soup for dinner today!! Initially I wanted to use the “La Cucina Italiana” recipe, but yours was much more practical as you use simple measurements instead of grams! I served it with some shredded cheese and it was great! Healthy and cheap, hehe – we’re trying to save on food a little bit, after all the holidays, and with my birthday approaching. Stano loved the soup too. Did you bake the bread yourself as well?!
